I love the "light" string cheese and a few strawberries for a snack. Also am a big fan of sugar free, fat free Jello and Pudding with a dollop of fat free cool whip. Holds my sweet tooth under control. :)
I like eating fruit. When I'm really organized, I chop up a whole bunch of different fruit and put them in various snack sized containers to take with me to work. I also keep a box of plain instant oatmeal at work to keep me from starving.
If you need to have that "crunch" in your snacks, try eating raw cabbage with some salad dressing (if you can stand raw cabbage.) There's also a type of corn chip called "guiltless gourmet" and they are baked, not fried. I also sometimes eat a little bowl of corn bran squares when I'm feeling particularly munchy.
I hope that helps!
I like hummas with some crackers, soy crisps they're like rice cakes but sooo much better.
When I have time I air pop some popcorn.
I love beef jerky and lite string cheese together. Also a slice of Orowheat Double Fiber bread toasted with a wedge of Laughing Cow lite cheese on it if I'm really hungry.
Oh and the sf ff Jello pudding with FF Cool Whip is awesome! Tastes totally decadent but its not.
Celery and lowfat peanut butter or lowfat cream cheese! Fruit is great for my sweet tooth as well.
Popcorn -- with a little parmesan cheese sprinkled for flavor. Yum!
I also have a serious sweet tooth. But hands down, I'm a Girl Scout Cookie gal!
I looove black beans and kashi 7 grains ... um green apple dipped in honey, cucumbers sprinkled with maldon sea salt and pepper
rice cakes! the little ones in the bag are better than the big round ones. I like the cheddar and ranch.
Air Popped Pop Corn and Fruit Sherbert! When I really want to indulge I make homemade oreo cookies, oh YUM!
Frozen Strawberries for sugar and Sea Salt Soy Crisps for salt (I'm much more of a salt girl) they only have 100 calories per serving!
I have recently discovered 100-calorie kettle corn microwavable popcorn. Umm yes!!!
apples and peanut butter or sunflower seed butter. Yum! Grapes are good too, and carrots are a good chip replacement.
@ Lillindy: Maybe using this receipe?

Love oreos and I love to bake so I may give that a try...thanks Miss Bruschetta!
SNOWPEAS.
I cannot emphasize this enough. SNOWPEAS are:
- crunchy
- delicious
- satiating
- healthy
- FUN TO EAT
- bountiful
- a little expensive
I recently discovered making "milkshakes" using sugar free, fat free instant pudding mix....you just add extra milk and ice cubes and blend away...it's a good fix for that ice cream craving..I have also played around adding extracts which make for a unique blend. I actually made one using a but of rum and vanilla extract with vanilla pudding mix..came out tasting like eggnog and was super yummy!
Buy Hungry Girl's "200 recipes under 200 calories"
Lots of scumptuous "fattening" slash not fattening stuff in there.
Mini bags of popcorn! And sometimes I spray some "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" into the bag and shake it up.
A snack that feels a lot more indulgent that I like is some peanut butter on a brown rice cake. I like the Trader Joe's low fat PB (Better'n Butter) the best. It's defatted (whatever that means) but doesn't have a lot of extra sugar. But it tastes really peanut-y unlike some other major brands. It's not sure high calorie (and you can control that easily by eating half a cake or using less PB). But it's really satisfying and filling with a nice blend of sweet and salty.

What's your favorite low-calorie snack? I'm a big snacker and have a huge sweet tooth, but want to also stay fit so I'm always looking for new ideas or products.
