I get on these kicks with snacks … And by kicks I mean I eat my body weight in them LOL (thankfully they’re usually healthy)
just got over my cottage cheese addiction and now that I stumbled across the spicy pickles (I thought they stopped making them. It was heartbreaking) I can’t stop eating them!
My SO eats his body weight in hummus and pita bread.
So what’s your snack food addiction?!

Currently I’m on apples, greek yogurt, and crasins. A while back it was pita hummus and bell peppers. When I’m at home the old standby is cheese and crackers.

@Eckle: Greek yogurt is an everyday breakfast for me witha tbsp of chia seeds mixed in for my omega3’s, fiber, and of course a little crunch 🙂

I am addicted to chips and salsa. I’ll suggest to go to a Mexican restaurant just for the chips, its ridiculous.
Peanut butter is a big problem for me. I could sit and eat a whole jar of it (I never have, but I’d be lying if I said I’ve never sat and eaten half of a jar…).
Typically I’m snacking on baby carrots, bell peppers, almonds, and fruit. But I’d be lying if I said that those were my favorite snack foods 😉

Mmm… I love the dark chocolate pretzel crisps. The brand I love only distributes them during Christmas time though 🙁 Wahhhh…. But I can buy them online for about 15 bucks! LOL… I won’t go that far.

@Laurenskii: I eat it for breakfast too, but sometimes when I get home from work and I’m not quite ready to start making dinner I’ll eat it then for a snack. I’ve been on antibiotics for the last month and I figure the more good flora I get in there, the sooner I’ll feel better.

Ooh, I love garlic cream cheese on crackers. And Nutella on toast. My Fiance is a lot better than I am and he can easily eat 5 or 6 satsumas in one sitting. He’ll be there with the fruit bowl and I’ll be the one shamelessly eating a chorizo sausage. Ooh, chorizo..
Great. I’m hungry now.

Hummus. I recently discovered a chipotle version and my life is forever changed.
I love berries, and freeze them in the summer for a cold treat.
I can also house some pickled carrots, and those little soy crisps.

I’m so addicted to chips and salsa with a little greek yogurt mixed into the salsa. Uhhh love that stuff, but I am trying to eat healthier so haven’t been buying it lately. I also love pretzels.

I am not a big snacker, but now I am on almonds, had my physical 2 weeks ago and the doc said my cholesterol was high, which makes no sense as I am not overweight, I eat healthy, and I hike almost every weekend plus workout during the week. My mom is a nutritionist and doesn’t get it either, so I’m adding snacks to help lower it before my recheck later this month.

String cheese and lightly salted almonds. I could eat those alllllll day long.
