Oh, mine is kind of a classic by now....Alec Baldwin and the NPR ladies when he was Mr. Schwety and talked about his delicious desert "balls".
I think that's an OK way to say it to not violate my own Community Guidelines! 
I was just about to say Justin Timberlake. Although I'm not a huge fan of his, I find he's absolutely hilarious.

I could go on and on!
My absolute all time favorite was Debbie Downer, and with a close second the one with her boyfriend. I literally almost peed my pants the first time I saw it!
The Debbie Downer in Disneyland was THE BEST. I am a big Jimmy Fallon fan, and although most people hated it, I loved when he would start laughing in the middle of his skits. I also love the one he did with Justin Timberlake, "The Barry Gibb Talk Show."
Before I even opened this post I was going to say Justin Timberlake. I love every time he's been on. He has such good energy and timing.
Also I thought Garth Brooks was surprisingly good, (even though I can't stand country music). Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin are also usually great.
Justin Timberlake was my favorite host! But, I like almost anything Andy Samberg and Kristen Wiig.

Definitely some of the JT skits and Debbie Downer skits. There was an SNL like 5 years ago with Lindsey Lohan was sooo funny!
Yeah, JT is amazing on SNL. What about that "Omeletteville" one from the first time he hosted? Love it.
Also, Will Ferrell is still the man. He can't be unfunny if he tried.
Best SNL of all times = GAP GIRLS with Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, and David Spade. Circa 1991.
Also Stuart Smalley and "Hello my name is Simon". And yes, Lorienne Alec Baldwin and NPR ladies is hillllarious. hehe
I love when Justin Timberlake hosts--he's so funny. Like Mrs. Cupcake, I love the "take it on down to Plasticville" skit he did the last time.
Right now, my current favorite recurring character is the Target Lady. Kristen Wiig is really funny. I also love the "Lazy Sunday" digital short that Andy Samberg and Chris Parnell did a couple of years ago. So funny.
I love the Jeopardy parodies!!!! I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with Alex Trebek, so these are my absolute favorites! Sooo good!!

By far Justin Timberlake has been the best host. However, when Will Ferrell hosted again this past season, the Laurence Welk skit was my favorite. For some reason that girl with the tiny hands is hilarious. That may even be my halloween costume this year. If you haven't seen it look it up on youtube....hilarious!
Oh and any of the singing skits with Andy Sandberg.
Either SNL with JT. The "Terget" ladies, The Barry Gibb Talk Show, and Homelessville/Plasticville...
Andy Samberg makes me laugh, I love the Ahmadinejad song he did.
The Chippendales skit with Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze.
Jeopardy with Will Ferrel and Darryl Hammond as Sean Connery.
And MORE COWBELL with Chris Walken. We still say it.
I don't watch very often, but I do try to watch when Justin Timberlake is hosting, as I think it's hilarious! I love the "Target Lady" and the other one Kristen Wiig does where she is always trying to get the last word in and one-up everyone (she always trails off and says something like, Well I _____ sooo......"). What is that one called?! I think she makes me laugh more often than anyone else on that show.

SNL definitely has it's ups and downs, but sometimes a good host can TOTALLY make the show! Mr. Cupcake and I still have Justin Timberlake's latest hosting stint on our DVR from a few months ago.... we watch the "Plasticville" skit constantly! It cracks us up.... that whole episode was so good.
