We just got this for our cross country tip. She loved it! (but I would say all the items will get thrown all over the plane).
Cecilia is also totally into "guys" right now. "Guy, guy, guy"... so we got her Caillou for our trip and she loves him and carries him around like a baby!
@Mrs. DG: That Melissa and Doug toy is adorable, DG! I'll add that one to my list!
@Mrs. DG: The sandwich making kit looks awesome. We keep getting toy tools for Wombat from our friends and his family because Wombat has to know how to use tools to be a true McBride (My side's contribution is stinky feet, lucky kid.). Oh, and we're getting toddler tools because we need to introduce tools as soon as possible.

At my brother's this weekend Warren LOVED this little toy alligator piano his kids have. It was super cute to watch him play it. My s-i-l had picked it up at a yard sale.

Since the first generation of WB babies have turned 1 recently, I thought it would be fun to share our favorite toddler items!
Favorite toys: Addie just got this water table for her birthday, and literally plays with it every night (with water or without). She also is starting to get into these wooden puzzles and this awesome music set, both by Melissa and Doug.
Favorite Books: I just finished Positive Discipline, and really liked it. Next on my reading list are Happiest Toddler on the Block and The No Cry Discipline Solution.
Favorite Foods/Meals: Addie refuses to eat unless she can feed herself, so it's been a struggle finding healthy snacks/meals we can take on the go. She loves these Happy Baby Organics pureed fruit/veggie pouches. Also, Costo sells these packages of freeze dried fruit which are awesome (it's Kirkland Brand).
Favorite Miscellaneous Items: We turn on this star turtle every night while I put Addie to sleep; it's very peaceful and has a 30 minute faded shut off, so I don't have to worry about going back in to shut it off. We use these Baby Bjorn bibs (so easy to clean) and these Avent sippy cups. We also have this Baby Bjorn potty chair, which we've been using for a while.
