I love Lily and Marshall! I also love Leslie and Ben from Parks & Rec.
ETA: I forgot all about Jim & Pam! I'll always adore them. Plus Penny and Leonard from The Big Bang Theory are super cute as well!

I really like Lily and Marshall and Monica and Chandler too. And then there's some TV shows where you just wish they'd get together, like on Castle!
Monica and Chandler ftw! FI and I are currently watching our way through all 10 Friends seasons, and it's been so fun seeing their relationship unfold and grow because it's so similar to ours.
I also always loved the relationship between Amy and Alan Matthews on Boy Meets World. They really, really loved each other, supported one another, had an incredibly healthy sex life and also weren't afraid to call one another out on stuff.
@vreelans Corey and Topanga ftw! That was my childhood right there, wishing I would someday have a relationship like Corey and Topanga's.

Between Monica/Chandler and Corey/Topanga, I'm really not sure who would win the battle of the 90's sitcom couples. I think it's a close one.
@swanks4tw: Oooh, that is a tough one. I think ultimately it'd have to go to Corey/Topanga -- they have wayyyy more years on Chandler & Monica, plus Corey's undying love just clenches it.
