We’re having kids at the wedding and reception. Its a family oriented thing. But I was thinking about making little coloring books for the kids for the reception. Has anyone else done this?
I thought about making my own book and cover sheet. But as far as pictures go, I’m lost. Of course “wedding” themed coloring sheets. But I also thought about doing some Disney wedding pictures in it too. Like Cinderella & Prince Charming at their wedding, Belle & Beast, Pongo & Perdita (and yes, I have a picture of them too!)
I just thought it would be a cute, inexpensive way to keep the kids busy and something they can enjoy and take home.
What do you ladies think? Let me know! 😀

I think Mrs. Yorkie did a post about a fun way to create unique coloring pages!

I think that’s a nice idea for the kids.

It is a great idea! Many bees have done something like this and have worked out.

I love the idea of having colouring books. I’d be right in there with the kids, stealing their pencil crayons and markers! =D
If you’re still looking for other pictures to include, Precious Moments has a website that you can become a member at and get some pretty pages, most featuring a wee bit of romance, if not a wedding. You can also do what Mrs. Yorkie did and make colouring pages of herself and her future husband using Photoshop. And Elite Dresses has free downloadable colouring pages on their website: http://www.elitedresses.com/Wedding_Coloring_Page_Book_Booklet_Free_and_Printable_s/75.htm

I think that is a good idea. I am doing the same and started this thread and got some great suggestions for sites. I have yet to develop my coloring book but I will soon!
