Those are all very good reasons to stay motivated!  I haven’t done so well this week either, gained a pound and I have a very hectic week coming up and those are always tricky for me.  Luckily after this week I have spring break so even though I’ll still be working a few days I should have more time to cook healthy meals, exercise, and hopefully get some things back on track.

I also feel like I didn’t have a very good week.  I think I’ve still lost at least some weight, (maybe like a pound?) but I’m not positive because tomorrow is my official WW weigh-in day, but I really didn’t push myself as far as working out this week, and I had a few pretty crappy eating days.  I’m back on track with the eating well, at least yesterday and today, but definitely lacking in “get off your butt and go to the gym” motivation.  

I have a lot of reasons why I would like to lose weight.  First, I’m fat.  Really.  As in, technically obese, and I hate it.  I would like to look good in my wedding dress (I can’t even bring myself to attempt shopping for one yet).  I want to be happier and healthier.  I don’t want to cringe every time I walk by a mirror or attempt to go clothes shopping because I can’t stand how I look and can’t find anything that fits me.

I will totally be checking in frequently this week to keep up the motivation!  I hope everybody has a great week this week!

Hey ladies-


I had a pretty good week this week. In total, I lost 4lbs. I was doing WW, but last week, I switched to Low Carbing. I never EVER thought I’d be able to do low carbs, but I decided to give it a try and it’s going really well. I aim for 50-75 carbs a day and that’s been best so far. I haven’t cheated once! (Which is something I was constantly doing on WW..ugh) So, we’ll see how this upcoming week goes. I’m finally starting to feel better, so I’ll be able to start working out again. And, my body has finally adjusted to taking the Metformin, so that’s a plus too!

I just ate McD’s chicken nuggets for dinner. I was putting one in my mouth as I saw this thread. WOMP WOMP.

What can I say–my pantry is clean and I haven’t been to the store! :/

But the good news I started doing Nike Training Club. And as soon as I can stand up again without wincing I’m gonna KEEP doing it!

@bestbuddies: I’ve worked in restaurants. You always get turned off to the food. Some things it’s better not to know…
