It’s cold here now too . . .makes things so much harder!  We had snow last night and maybe again tonight, lame.  But UK won today, so that warmed me from the inside out, haha.  

My goal is to stay under my allotted calories everyday!  I totally had two of those reese eggs today (love those) but still managed to only go 9 calories over.  Good luck to everyone!

Hi ladies,

I feel bad I’ve been so absent ladies, life is CRAAAAZZZYYY right now.  FI is out of work on medical leave for at least a month, could be up to six months, depends on his follow up visits.  So I’m the only income we’ve got, and I’m going nuts trying to find a second job to supplement my income so we don’t end up living in a box on the side of the road.  LOL

I haven’t been to the gym in two and a half weeks.  Not once.  Today is my WW weigh in day, and I have a horrible feeling I’ve gained some weight back.  I had BK and McDonald’s this week, and I probably went over on my points, I haven’t even tracked the last two days.

I’m aiming to get to the gym today, and track my points today.  I am going to try reeeeally hard to get back on track this week, because I’m probably going to cancel my WW subscription after the three months I’ve already paid for are over, I think it’s middle of May.

I hope the low-carb thing works for you @daniellealys, definitely keep us posted on how it’s going!

@Natalieh86: I hope you accomplish your goal of staying within your allotted calories this week! 

I will try to be around more, I think chatting with you ladies was really helping me stay on track!

wellllllllllllll ladies…. i go to my weight watchers meeting on wednesday! but i am feeling amazing this week.  i joined the gym that fi goes to (and my neighbors do as well- were pretty good friends with em :)) anyways…. i have been running almost a mile a day… i want to get up to two miles in the coming weeks πŸ™‚ but i am down about 2 lbs on the scale and i have been watching what i am eating so im feeling pretty good πŸ™‚ ill be under 200 hopefully this week or next πŸ™‚

@bestbuddies: Ah, spinach smoothies, thanks for the reminder.  I had been making them for awhile but kind of forgot about them.  What all do you put in yours?  I usually stick with frozen strawberries, a banana and a little bit of greek yogurt.

Way to start the week on a positive high everyone! Keep up your spirits and stick to what works for you…for me, I have to travel starting Wednesday for twelve days so I am nervous about the food. Last year the caterers were awful at school and they did’t make enough of the free stuff–grilled veggies/ fruits so they’d be gone in a few minutes while the high points bready stuff was in abundance. A bunch of us complained because the year before the food had been healthy, good tasting and abundant. Time will tell and I will try to make sure I get in a daily walk after class for at least an hour. At least it won’t be raining and cold. πŸ™‚

Well, I just ate leftover stir fry for breakfast (only 6 ww points!…I despise breakfast foods in most forms.  I really only like cheerios and corn and rice chex….but NOT for breakfast.  Gross.  I’m weird.)  And I am putting on my sneaks to haul my fat ass to the gym for the first time in three weeks.  I do not have high hopes for my usual 6 mile run on the treadmill.  Haha.

So I just decided to try on this bikini from 4 summers and about 55 pounds ago . . . you know, for motivation, haha. I had no idea I had gained so much boobage.  Does anyone else do anything random like that to keep their goal in mind?  Skinny pics on the fridge, etc.?
