Ok…here is the deal.
I blush very, very easily.
And I hate it!!
Especially when I feel that all attention is on me.
On my wedding day I suppose that a lot of attention will indeed be on me(I sorta hope!) and now I can’t stop thinking about my fear of blushing!
Any make up tips?
What can I do?

I’d let it happen! Let the natural blush and glow come out! I wouldn’t mask it with tons of makeup, which can cause breakouts and make you look too made up and unnatural.

Oh no, I didn’t even think of that! Now I am worried too! I am also a very easy blusher, and I get SO pink. I’m planning to get a good foundation like Make Up Forever or Bare Minerals or something like that for the wedding day, so hopefully that will help. Perhaps you could go to a Sephora or a MAC store if there is one in your area, and ask a consultant?

Me too! I have naturally pink (very Irish) cheeks and I’ve never needed to wear blush because I already look like I’m wearing it! I use L’Oreal QuickStick foundation and it covers my pink cheeks REALLY well.

I feel the same! And there’s 4 steps leading to the walk way. So scarred of falling! As for blushing, my whole face gets red! So ima keep posted on make up ripe 😡

Hah, me too. I have very reactive skin, so it gets red at the slightest anything. I hate it, but I just deal with it.

You can try green makeup under your foundation, the kind for red skin discolorations. I blush easily, even when I’m not embarassed.

I blush really easily too. For me, the worst is how pink I look in photos.
About three years ago I started wearing Sephora powder foundation daily, no matter what: and it makes a BIG difference.
Now I feel like I look like myself, even in flash photographs (or is that particularly in flash photos, they are always the worst and show me at my pinkest).

@MrsJoyful80: I feel your pain. I do too! A few months ago I went to my Dr. with the same concern- I was afraid of blushing when I walked down the isle in my best friends wedding. She recommended and prescribed me a low dose beta blocker called proponopol. It doesn’t get rid of the nervous fthoughts in your head but prevents all of the reactions of being nervous and anxious ie: rapid heart beat, sweating, shaking, and BLUSHING 🙂 It worked like a dream-no blushing! I’ve also used it a few times since then for presentations at work and has never let me down. I plan to take it before I walk down the isle next month. You should talk to your Dr. about it if you’re still concerned about blushing on your big day. Good luck!

I feel somewhat worried about the same thing! I know when all the attention is on me I will definitely blush and probably look flushed!

@MrsJoyful80: I’m in the same boat! I blush VERY easily. I used to work at Starbucks and a customer made a comment, I’m not even sure if it was a compliment or what but I remember being embarrased and turning around to get his coffee to hide and he said he could tell he embarrassed me because the BACKS OF MY ARMS were blushing! It was sooo embarrassing! I guess I’m just gonna let it happen and hope that I’ll be so happy I won’t even worry about the fact that I’m blushing. Stressing about it I think makes it happen even more.

I’m very fair and blush all the time, it’s embarrassing but I’ve learned to live with it. We’re doing first look pictures to help with this and ease my anxiety. I can deal with the blushing when it’s just me and him and a photographer, but a whole crowd not so much. I’m hoping the first looks will tone done the redness by the time I walk the aisle.
