I love my ambition, my tits (well you asked lol) and I think I have one of the cutest noses ever, I loved the way it looks when I smile it sort of gets squished up. I also love being a mommy and having M in my life...
I love my uniqueness, even if some find me a bit off,
I love my ability to handle unanticipated situations.
I love my ability to research.
I love my knowledge of homeopathy, herbal medicine and nutritional therapy.
I love my ability to teach others.
I love how straightforward I am and that, in person, I am a really great listener. I'm also really good at sizing people up in the first few minutes of meeting them but never showing my judgement about them. Physically I love my gorgeous hair, great eyes and big boobs.
By the way, it was really hard to write this without following it up with something self-deprecating.
I'm a good person. I make good decisions. I have many talents and a very bright future. I'm left-handed. I can type over 100 wpm. I can sing. I can caulk windows, mow the lawn, and pay taxes. I also look incredibly good in heels. :)
I love my ambition, my craftiness, my ability to navigate the city streets in 4" heels and my shoe collection.
Physically, I love my legs, even though they are short. And my eye color (greenish-brown) and hair color (blondish-brown - never been dyed).
Awesome everybody! Keep 'em comin - this is fun to read :)
Laylabelle - it is FANTASTIC to see you back! But WHY are you refusing to post your good qualities? I know you have them!!!!
Sarah - I know.. like I said, it's easy to beat yourself up!! This one's a little tougher, but I thought you ladies would be up for the challenge ;)
I love my sense of humor. I love that people close to me, say I'm "hilarious"! I love that I'm wired to be a great homemaker. I also think I have beautiful eyes, and when I'm shape (which is not right now!) I think I have a killer body, super proportionate. I also don't think I'm very smart, but I love that I managed to get through Grad School.
Thanks for posting this, it's good to remind ourselves of our own positives.
I love my ability to mesh well with most people...people say i have charisma.
physically...i love my hair and overall unique look...you can def pick me out from in a crowd...5'9 and red hair (natural)...with brown eyes and olive skin...and I love that im foreign!
I love my sense of humor and my multi-lingualness. :o) I also love how funny I am whilst doing Car-Karaoke. Great post, so much fun to remember the things we like, since most of us tend to dwell on things we want to fix (well at least I do)
I love my blue eyes, and I love how ambitious I've been lately! Also, lately I've been loving my height (I'm 5'10"), this is totally new for me as I typically wish I was shorter.
Non-physical...I love that I am very open minded, I love that I am compassionate, I love that Im called weird all the time, I love that I am a good listener, I love that I put my family first
Physical.....I love my stomach, I love my back, I love my teeth (now that theyre almost straight!)
Physically - I love how strong I am. That I can do thirty "real" push-ups with the boys in karate class. I love my green eyes. As much as I sometimes get really insecure, I do like my muscular build.]
More deeply, I love my sense of humor. I'm very quick-smart - can get work done much faster than most people. Can type super fast. See things from different points of view. I probably shouldn't be, but I'm oddly proud of having the dirtiest sense of humor of anyone I know. I'm capable and practical, but don't take myself to seriously.
Also - I can eat spicier food than my boy.
I love my ability to think on my feet, my manners, my multi-tasking skills, my organizational skills (slight ocd), my ability and want to take care of others :)
Physically, I love my eyes! I also like my teeth, legs and clear skin :)
great post! it is important to remember to love ourselfs...
@layla...say something, I know there is something (tons of things!) it is hard...but fun :)
This is a great post. I think we focus so much on "fixing" things, it's awesome to recognize what's beautiful and wonderful about each of us!
I love that I can do pretty much anything I set my mind and hands to. I love that I'm stubborn because it makes me think outside the box when I hit a brick wall. I love that I'm the dependable one that friends and family know they can rely on. I love that I can make people laugh fairly easily. Physically, I love my blue eyes. I love my curves. And yes, I love my boobs! LOL!
I love that I can remember thousands of useless facts, that I can cook really well and that I read super fast.
I love my book nerd-ish-ness, my love for those in my life, my ability to make my FI match when he fails to do so himself! :)
I have freakin' fabulous hair. Yeah, I said it. It's by far my favorite physical feature about myself.
Non physical feature I love about myself? I think I have that perfect balance of being caring, and not letting myself get taken advantage of. I used to let people take advantage of me a lot (especially professionally) and I now stand up for myself when I know it's worth it. I used to waste weekends on friends that didn't care about me and go out of my way to help them, but no more! I put a lot of effort into the relationships that matter in my life, and I've been a happier person since. When a friend needs my help, and it's obvious I'm being used, I say no. It's a nice feeling, and it's important to stick up for yourself sometimes.
I love my ability to read people, my long eyelashes, and my flat stomach.
@ eenie - thousands of useless facts are entertaining! My hubby is the same way :)
@ Candy - lol - sometimes guys need a little help in the style department
@ Miss Chapstick - yay for awesome hair! Also, more importantly, is the assertiveness & taking care of yourself.
Physically:
I love my blonde hair, blue eyes, my boobs and my muscular build. I love that nobody ever doubts that I am physically able to do something.
Non-physical:
I love that I am intelligent and well-rounded. I love that I am outgoing, and brutally honest (even though it may be blunt some times). I love that I am a good friend and have kept my really close girlfriends since highschool and elementary school!
I love that my confidence in myself has gotten sooo much better in my 30s. I love that I have an amazing group of friends. I love my eyes :-)
@eenie - Are you my twin? We would make a kick-a** Trivial Pursuit team!
Great post! You are all beautiful ladies!!
I love my laugh... I've been told it's contagious! And I love my back (I have scoliosis) the only way I've learned to accept it is to be grateful that God took the time to make me that much more unique! I love my great sense of humor and how sarcastic I am. I love that I'm the only one in my family that has brown eyes. I love having my nose pierced. I love that I'm artsy.
Thanks for posting this @okqueenbee... it's a nice refresher and a great way to look at only the positives!
<3
@ Miss Chocolate :) That's a great way to look at it, that God took the time to make you (& all of us) more unique! I'll be honest, that's a REALLY hard thing to do sometimes, especially when I look in the mirror and all I see are the things I want to change..but...if everyone were perfect the world would be a boring place :)
I love that I’m totally comfortable in my own skin, emotionally, phsycially and mentally. I like my dry sense of humor. I like how strong I am, and especially how I can “step up to the plate” when it’s needed, even if it’s a really hard time for me (for instance, when my mom had a heart attack last year, my poor dad was just destroyed, he was a total wreck, so I did all the talking to the doctors. Later my dad thanked me, said he could never say how much that meant to him, meh I’m going to cry now) :(…
Ok, and physically, I have a pretty rockin’ set of legs – they are super, super long, even though I’m short!
@okqueenbee :] I'll admit that it hasn't been the easiest thing to accept. It's taken me a long time to get to this point where I accept that to everyone it may be a physical abnormality, but to me it's something that makes me different from everyone in my own special way! I'm thankful that it's not life-threatening. I can have children, I can walk, I can run, I can do anything and everything that anyone else can. My spine is just curved. Most people say that they didn't notice until I mentioned something, so that's kind of awesome, too! We are all unique in our own ways and I love that. You're completely right... if we were all the same and perfect, the world would be boring <3
What a great thread! It's so important, especially for women in such a pressured society to feel great about themselves!
I love my curly hair, my boobs (me too crebre!), my lefthandedness( yay for lefties! @minutiae), my eyes, my empathy, my honesty (to a fault), my sense of humor, my confidence, and my ambition.
I love that I am smart. I can usually figure out how to fix things and how to organize stuff. Also, I love my blue eyes and my voice! People tell me that they could listen to me talk all day. Yay!

In honor of V-day, let's brag about ourselves. We all know it's sooo easy to beat ourselves up, but what about complimenting yourself?
What is awesome about you?!
I'll start:
My ability to make people laugh, pretty eyes & hair, my compassion.
I'm also relatively artistic.
Now it's YOUR turn!!! :)
