I’m in Australia and I am hoping for a mildly warm day without rain!! But all in all with just four weeks to go, I just wanna be married 🙂

I am hoping that there is some snow on the ground and maybe a flurry in the air. I am doing a winter theme and like the idea of it looking “winter wonderland” but I am worried it could end up winter storm instead.

I’m in South Africa. And Feb is one of our hottest months…i reaaally wanted to avoid any chance of rain (because of our outside Garden wedding) thus I picked feb. I would like a warm day but mild day – not a scorcher as my tulle ballgown might get unbearable then. here’s hoping for a lovely calm mild Cape Town summer day!

I definitely want there to be some snow on the ground! I agree with jordyanna, I don’t want to it be too warm and the snow to start melting! We’ve been having some crazy weather here lately and i fear we will either get a foot of snow or it will be 60 degrees haha. I want it to be a nice winter wonderland though!

No snow. Fiance works for the city and when it snows they go to mandatory 12-hour shifts. If you have prior commitments, they’re canceled. Christmas last year and this year got nixed because he had to go drive a snow plow. So if the weatherman even mentions a hint of snow, I’m gonna beat the guy over the head.

There wil definitely be snow on the ground for mine. My first choice would be for it to be sunny out (our venue has amazing views, which you wouldn’t be able to see in a snow storm). I’d be okay with it snowing, but I’m really hoping that it’s not extremely cold of windy.

The average for February here is about 0 C (low 30s F). So I hope we get a nice calm sunny day but with some fresh snow a few days before!

@OkieHeart:  Whaaaat? He would have to skip your wedding? That’s nuts… surely they realize some things just aren’t negotiable.

Hopefully a good amount of snow but not so much that people aren’t able to drive or fly into town while being safe!

It doesn’t really matter.  We have an indoor, night wedding in a glass conservatory so it can be pouring rain – it won’t make a difference to us.  In fact – rain might be cool pitter pattering on the glass roof at night

@Pinkmoon:  We were originally planning to go back east for Christmas. Our plans fell through, but he was told then that if he had scheduled vacation time he might be exempt. But even then, he’d have to bring proof he was out of state and explain to the disciplinary board. He’s made it well known that his phone is going to be broken and he won’t answer any calls. if they can’t contact you, you can’t be called in.

We will be getting married and honeymooning on a caribbean island, so hoping for blue skies during our wedding celebrations and hopefully rain at the start of our honeymoon. Either way it will be a blessed day. 42 more days and counting until valentines day… the day me+him=us.

Yes Lord 🙂

@BriansBride:  same here!

I want snow on the ground, and NO sunny skies. We’re starting photos around 2, so if it’s really sunny, we won’t get ideal light. I much prefer grey-ish skies and light snow for a real winter wonderland feel.

And since it was 90 and humid as hell for our engagement pics, I’m pretty sure it’s going to be about 20 and snowy for ours. Just have a feeling.

We are having an outdoor ceremony at 11:00 am and the weather in Los Angeles has been fantastic so I hope it continues and will be high 60’s low 70’s by the ceremony starts.

I’m hoping it’s sunny but not warm enought to melt the snow. I want the now to look like glitter in my pictures!
