I was wondering when I should send out my invitations (As I sit here waiting for them to arrive today) My wedding is February 28th. I have heard 6-8 weeks, but I worry about all the holiday mail. I was considering sending them out about a month from now, before thanksgiving. What do you think? When are all you February brides and grooms sending out your invites?

I’m thinking about sending mine in late November, so that people have time to look at them and (hopefully) send back RSVPs before the holidays.

I’m doing mid-November. We didn’t send STDs and I want them out so they don’t get mixed up with all the holiday stuff.

We’re hoping to get them out before the 15th with an rsvp date of December 31

provided i can get them printed out well enough on my own, since im going the DIY route… i hope to have them sent out in a week or so with a return date of no later then jan 6th… which gives me roughly a month to deal with the details.

We sent our save the dates in October, and will probably be sending our invitations in December (towards the end of the month.) I mean, after the save the dates, we basically just need to let te guests know the start time! Most are from out of town, so they’ll be there anyways!

Our RSVP date is January 17th and we’re planning to send them out the first week of December.

Wedding is on the 8th and invites are done. FI is buying stamps today and they should be in the mail before Thanksgiving. RSVP date is Jan 4th.

I sent mine out already. Super early, I know – mostly because we had an extra large guest list that we had to split into A, B and even C lists! The A & B RSVP date is Dec 15, and if we get to the C list, it’ll be around Jan 10.

We’re going to try to mail ours out this week with a January 18th RSVP date. They’re going to need to be hand cancelled by USPS since then envelopes are square-shaped. I think we’re mailing them out pretty early, but I didn’t want them to get lost in the holiday shuffle.

I did in October. I have 115 responses so far, and only about 50 left to go. So there’s nothing wrong with sending them early!

We’ve started handing out the invitations this week and should be done by the first week of January. RSVP date is Feb 1st. We didn’t want to hand them in so soon that people forget to RSVP.

Just sent mine last weekend, & already heard from friends that they received them this week. Now I’m stalking the mailbox and our RSVP page.

We mailed ours the first week of December. So far, we have 90 yes’s and 6 no’s and we invited 175 people total. The RSVP deadline is mid-January so I feel pretty good about getting the last half by then.
