wow, you're on top of things! i'm feb. 28th, so i still have the month. we still have 4 people who refuse to rsvp, pick up their phone, or return a phone call, so that's been holding us back! i have half of the escort card process done (made a million paper flowers) but obviously i can't print out the leaf's for them until i get the final rsvp's. we're hopefully getting our marriage license tomorrow, yay! and we still need to finalize things with the rentals- we have to rent all of the tables, linens, plates, etc. other than that we should be good. hope i'm not forgetting anything!
My wedding is in 3 days! I felt pretty good until today...it just seems that there are a lot of little details floating around that aren't super important, but would be nice to take care of. My guest list kept changing quite a bit up until this very week, so now that I finally have my headcount I can assemble the seating chart and last 2 table numbers. I also need to finish cleaning my house since my parents arrive tomorrow night.
Anyone else getting married this weekend?
I'm getting married on the 20th!!! Our RSVPs were due Jan 30th and I am a wee bit annoyed at people who are not sticking to RSVP etiquette-ugh! BUT on a positive note- the only things left to do are the OOT bags, I want to make something for my flower girl and I need to make some white chocolate covered pretzels-I think thats doable. Final countdown....here we goooooooo.... HA!

@courkiadams22. why don't people rsvp! our deadline was jan. 28th and after calling and having our parents call at least 15 people, we're still waiting on two! it's just plain rude. yummy.... white chocolate covered pretzels! we still have 2 batches of cookies to make for our favors. seemed like a good idea to make homemade cookies before all of that work!
Hi Feb bees! our date is coming soon and things are going along nicely...had my hair trial today, it was fun! took a while to get out all of the pins in the back! Makeup trial tomorrow..just waiting for my ring to arrive..should be here next week! Congrats to all the Feb bees, cant wait to see all of our pics!
OK reality check! Our seating chart is done but I have been slacking on making the escort cards. I need to do those ASAP! Like, probably tonight.
I'm down to the biggest thing which is finalizing our schedule & list of responsibilities for the whole group. And I need to take pictures of how I want the different tables to look like. And buy candy for our mini candy buffet. Luckily, pink is one of our colors, and all candy will go on sale on February 15th after Valentine's.

Hello, February brides and grooms! Our month is here! :D For the couples getting married this week -- good luck on your last minute preparations! For the couples who still have a ways to go -- how much do you have left to do?
Our wedding is in the last weekend of the month so we still have some time, but almost everything is ready. I've printed and cut our escort cards, menus, programs and table numbers, and all that's left to do in that front is assemble the programs. We gave the final headcount to the caterer last week and this week our wedding coordinator will give me some quotes for transportation so that we can finalize all that this week. And I'm supposed to pick up my dress next Saturday, and hopefully the alterations will be finished and it will be perfect. The thing that's going to have to wait until the week before the wedding is the legal stuff, because in PR all the paperwork and blood tests have to be done within 10 days of the wedding or something like that. Oh, and fiance and I haven't decided yet how we're going to do our ceremony (which parts in English and which in Spanish, whether we're writing our vows or not), but we'll definitely do that soon!
So... how's everyone else doing? =)
