love it! my only suggestion (which may get solved by the real flowers) is wrapping a wide ribbon around the tallest vase to hide the foam. its very cute and simple!

Super cute. Is that foam? I thought it was burlap? If it is I might move it down so the top of the burlap is at the same height as the shorter vase to balance it out. If you’re using real carnations  I would use real green apples too. And, although not needed, how would a silver ribbon look over the burlap tis in the silver charger?

I really like them! Perhaps you could put more white in the middle of the vertical area since it’s currently mostly concentrated at the top and bottom? Maybe wrapping a white ribbon around something in the middle or adding something white in with the apples could accomplish this.

I think it’s cute, except for being able to see the floral foam!

@bmo88:  Oops! So sorry! It’s just the color in the picture. It looks GORGEOUS, then!

If you’re going with a different kind of flower, you might want to consider roses.  You can order them from Amazon (I had good luck with one company if you’re interested).  I think roses would look better than carnations.

Very cute!  But since several people have mistaken your burlap ribbon for floral foam (I thought the same), it’s entirely likely that it may be mistaken for floral foam in your wedding day pictures?

    They look good I’d do a d

ifferent color ribbon too much green. As far as the flowers,  I wouldn’t do carnations as peachacid said you can get roses online. Shop around for good prices.

Hey date twin!  I think they look really nice!  But, do you have it in your budget to replace the green burlap with natural burlap? It might break up the green a bit and perhaps it will photograph better.

I think carnations are lovely. They’re hardier, which is great if you’re DIY’ing and create a nice full effect.  I think most of the suggestions about adding white or the green burlap is it looks a little off balance at the top. I wouldn’t worry about the pro pics. I think better quality photos will eliminate that problem. Overall I think it turned out really nice. The apples and “love” sign add a fun touch of whimsY, yet it’s a very classic design.
