@candy11:   🙁 I’m sorry. FI and I will be house hunting this upcoming year and Im not looking forward to it since I know ther eis always a possibility of dissapointments like this.

I’m sorry!  It seems like all the people involved in our loan / mortgage / realty process were SO incompetent, which makes it even harder as a somewhat clueless first-time home buyer.

We lost what we thought was the *perfect* house.  And now we have one that’s even more perfect!  I hope that happens for you too.  xox

@candy11:  I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason in the end. Obviously this house wasn’t meant to be. And honestly, even when things seem ideal with a home, there are never any guarantees with the inspection or appraisal. Keep your chin up! There will always be other opportunities!
