I am just feeling slumped. No emotional reasons. The weather here in Alberta, Canada has been rainy and gloomy with a mix of didnt sleep well(excitement) and feeling heavy and gross the last couple days.
How to get out of this slump!! I have been consuming ALOT of water the last couple days, make sure im hydrated and eating lots of fruit and veggies.

plain nonfat yogurt with berries and ground flax seed for breakfast! And coffee or tea.

Honestly, I’d only eat a lot of fruit, veggies and flax if I felt like being a bloated bag of farts for the next few days.
Sometimes a day of fasting can really clear your mind and make it easy to focus. Drink plenty of water and juice or whatever though. And when you get really hungry again eat something nonsweet and non greasy.

Drink green tea! It’ll boost your energy level and helps the metabolism. Also add sliced cucumber and lemon to your water, it’s helped me de-bloat a few times. I know how crappy the weather’s been here in Alberta, maybe if your not opposed to it go for like a quick fake and bake and it might boost your thoughts into summer time weather.

ohnatto: I have tried fasting in the past and onyl felt ill. Bad headaches and weak. But maybe just a day of water and veggies!!
Ms.Football: hey Alberta friend!! You feel my pain! I actually have been fake and baking lately, just to help even out my complexion adn get out of our winter depression. I will give the green tea a try. Have never been a fan of green tea, but i should start. Too many health benefits!
