Femara and no positive OPK yet, just a constant faint line

I was also put on femara and metformin, but my doctor had me come in for an ultrasound every other day around the time when I should ovulate to check on my ovaries. He did not leave me to do OPKs at home. I’m surprised s/he’s not monitoring you closely at the office. 

I realize that’s not the answer you were looking for, and it’s probably not very helpful! Sorry. I don’t have any experience beyond that.

Keep testing! I’ve done 3 cycles of Femara (currently on cd6 of my 4th cycle with it) and I’ve O’d on cd16 all three times. I got my positive OPKs on cd16, cd15 and cd16. Before they turned positive, I always had a faint test line and sometimes it would get lighter as well. Try not to worry…although I know it’s difficult. Good luck!
