At the risk of sounding like a commercial...(no, I do not work for them, but I do tend to like "gadgets" more than the average chica)...
I mentioned on some other pots about some software that uses your saliva to help with fertility. Granted, I did not use this, but my friend who had a lot of fertility issues (5 years, but now has a baby) did.
