So I was putting my positive OPK in fertility friends and it asked it I wanted to change my ovulation prediction to use OPKs and symptoms. Just wondering if this is the setting others use or if you left it on the standard setting. I do not temp because I work night shift part time so my sleep is all F'ed up.
