That's funny! My FI isn't really interested in snooping here - he asks me about it every once in a while, but I don't think he's ever been on the site.
I hope he never finds me, but he could probably figure out my name pretty easy.
I just say on the wedding boards when I talk about the bee, he doesn't know it's called wedding bee.
Good grief, I certainly hope he doesn't snoop on here. The only reason why he would is probably to see if I had said anything negative or embarrassing about him. Though, I wouldn't mind if he had read some of my "getting impatient waiting" posts.
Since FI & I live together & I'm TOTALLY ADDICTED to WeddingBee, he just peaks over my shoulder to "stalk" me, lol.
he's "joked" about it, and i don't know if he's joking or really wants to. he knows it's a place for me that i like to do without him though, and i just hope he respects that.
Nope but my mom did. She goggled the style number of my dress and ended up finding a post of me in the dress. She was cracking up. I thought I was being all incognito. whoops!
Speaking of dresses, I hope he didn't see me with my dresses on! I posted both of them here :(
I just posted about this! He actually found me on weddingbee and looked at my dress haha! At least they care :)
FI is really into online communities and the dynamics of real people, their avatars and 'online personas.' I showed him a thread on the Bee that was right up his alley. Then, I caught him going through all the threads I have posted on. I think he just wanted to see how I 'am' on-line... Pretty cool. He knows I am addicted. I know he is addicted to his forums. We are totally even...... :-)
Joe said that he knows if I am on my laptop, and not surrounded by books, he knows I am either on weddingbee or looking at kitties, which is embarrassing because it is true.
Hah, J asked once if he could and I was like, "I don't want to have to worry about posting about my dress. Would you mind not?" and he hasn't come near the 'bee again. I do send him a number of posts that I think he'll find interesting though.
That's pretty crazy. My FI has no interest in WB, and I don't have a problem with that.
Mine posted a question once long ago, but mostly stays away from here. At most now he just likes to peek over my shoulder as I'm reading or typing.
my fi is not interested, he ask me once in a while or i will tell him if o find something funny that i know he will like.

mine hasn't really shown any interest in what the "boards" say. I only say that I'm the one stalking the wedding websites. He knows theres a million so i don't think he wants to go through the millions of websites. But then again my user name isn't all that creative. LOL!
I don't think my fiance even knows that wedding bee exists. If he did, and if he knew I was on it, he could figure out my username was me in a heartbeat.
My FI knows I'm on WB! He once checked it out (after I left it up on his computer) and started messing with me that night by talking about STDs! lol
My fiance likes reading weddingbee once in a while, and one time, he saw someone asking about buying "80 uplights" and laughed at that person -- then i told him THAT PERSON WAS ME b/c we need to have around 80 uplights for our ceremony + reception and i was contemplating whether if i should buy them.
haha now he knows my screenname!
My FI never found me yet.. He peaks at me when im on it.. But he always go to my Facebook just to see whats going on.. Not in jealous way.. he just doesnt have an account and he likes to snoop around mine.. its weird but oh well.. give him some time and he will be here too..lol..
the extent of my FI's interest in weddingbee is when he glances over my shoulder and says "you are ADDICTED to that thing"!
He doesn't snoop but he asks about responses and things when I ask questions and I tell him a lot about ideas and things.
LOL that's so cute! Mr.Bobby has never snooped, although when I tell him anything he is very interested in what I have to say about it lol And some times he'll read over my shoulder!
@MissPumkinPenguin my FI says the same thing. "What is it that you do on there?" or "Are you going to come to bed??" lol
Nope. He knows I'm addicted to a site but he has no idea its a wedding site. He'll just shake his head. But he once asked me to ask yall for advice on a certain issue that came up. Should get on that.
He knows I'm obsessed but I really hope he never gets curious! He has asked me once about what was posted on a certain topic, but I'm thinking he knows better than to look. Maybe I should bring it up...
Nope. Fi knows I'm on here a lot and asks about my post count and teases me about it. He refers to WB as the site with all the crazy girls on it! LOL! He doesn't mean it badly, he just doesn't get how we can talk about weddings so much.
Even if he knows my username, he's not the type to check-up, he generally dislikes forums and doesn't like reading things aside from news articles or random facts he's curious about. His work swamps him with a ton of emails - I highly doubt he'd ever have the patience to skim through any of our posts =D
Lol, he kinda lurks around to see what im reading when im on wedding bee, then walks away uninterested. I dont think he would ever snoop.
OMG, my FI does the same thing with facebook. He wont actually go onto my account, but he will check the history to see if i used it today. I know hes not jealous or anything, so one day I asked him " what is the purpose of that? what does it serve?" and he's just like "oh cause then i know i can still make fun of you for using facebook!" ...oh well i make fun of him for being the only one in the world who still uses MSN messenger, and he also has a computer game forum he likes to go on. Completley nerdy, but oh well...atleast he isnt looking up singles forums lol.
I get my forum and he gets his, actually he has 2.. 2 car ones, he tried to get me into his once, I just don't care about used rims, brake pads, installation threads and pictures of modded cars. He probably feels the exact same way about this, he laughs at me and asks when I'm going to a wedding gtg.. (car forum short form for get together).
Eek! FI knows I look at wedding sites (a lot) but he doesn't know the name of them. If he got on here, he could pretty easily figure out who I am.
Mr. Seashell used to give me a hard time about "those wedding websites" and how much of a time-suck they can be. But I was also job searching not too long ago so I think he was worried I was getting distracted (probably true). Now, it's all fair game - I'm doing therapy full-time AND a bee so I'm sure he thinks I'm totally off the deep end!

FI found me on weddingbee! I don't know how he did it because I never told him my username. He's reading my posts! He actually wanted to find out the hive's answer to one of the questions that I posted regarding his best man dilemma. LOL!
