Fi decided that since I’ve been after him to work out with me (and he hates the gym) that this is a good plan. I’m scared. Everyone I know that has done this has told me they threw up after the first round. Any tips?

I havent done it but I really want to. Just take it slow. You dont have to finish the first day you do it

@imalittlebirdie: Um yeah. My Fiance got us Insanity to do and I just about died the first day. We decided we’re going to work our way up to it with P90, then P90X, and THEN Insanity. We’re both really out of shape, so we need to work up to the I-almost-puked-and-passed-out-when-I-tried-it Insanity. 😛
