(Closed) fi is having awful leg cramps- advice please!

Bananas are good bc sometimes it is a lack of potassium. I tend to get them when working out alot and I have to increase my banana intake.  Hope he feels better soon!

Staying hydrated is key! Also, cramps can be caused by low calcium or potassium or a vitamin deficiency so make sure he takes a multivitamin and intakes a balanced diet.  I also suffer from cramps but in the arch of my feet and make the time to stretch them out daily and get enough sleep.  Just some ideas that have worked for me.
