Aww man that sucks big time. Hopefully someone will be kind and return it.
Aww, your FI is so cute!! :) I hope he finds it again. I would reassure him that he will have a wedding band that he can wear for the rest of his life. It will have an even bigger sentimental value.
I know; I can only imagine how devastated I would be if I lost mine....I'm sure he's not as upset as I would be, but he's really stressing over it.
That's too bad that he knows where he left it but can't get it back! Even if he gets a wedding band, that ring has had value for a long time.
I also hope someone returns it. I'd call back, or even stop in -- not to bash your spa, but sometimes someone will answer the phone who doesn't care enough to really check.
Well, I'm pretty sure they're checking. They took my number and called back saying they found one that said 'Sonya' on it or something. But that was not our ring lol.
That's a bummer. Honestly, I kinda decided not to engrave my husband's ring because I am guessing he'll lose it at some point.
THAT SUCKS!!! Can you get him a replacement one? I know your wedding is very soon - but guys rings can be so inexpensive (check ebay) - you could do a super cute proposal for him... I'm sure he'll be touched!
Oh no! I'd go buy him a surprise replacement ring. I just can't imagine that it won't show up soon, though. Not like soembody TOOK it! I mean really!
Woohoo spa called and they found it!! So awesome!!
@Jessie: That's why I'm getting his wedding ring engraved with 'do not remove' lol
Awesome! Isn't your guy sweet to have his own engagement ring? I'm sorry, "mangagement" ring. =) That's just the cutest thing ever.
(By the way, you're getting married on my birthday.)
Yay! I'm glad they found it. My fiance has a "mangagement" ring too. That's an awesome term, btw.
YES!!!!!
My dude also wears one and he'd be beside himself if he lost it. Woo hoo!!!!!!
P.S: Just out of curiosity, do you still have your "original" engagement ring? Any plans to use it as your wedding ring?
@Miss Helen: Yes I still have my original. I told my FH we could use it as the wedding band but he didn't want me to. He wanted something 'blingier' so we ended up with a diamond band.

My first engagement ring was just a thin, white gold band. FH didn't have the $ to buy something with a rock on it. I wore that ring for about 2 years before getting the 'real' ring (would have been fine just keeping the band but he wanted it to look like a real engagement ring).
When he bought my ring, he bought one for himself too, bless his heart. He wanted to wear one too lol. He wore it on his ring finger of his right hand though.
We got massages yesterday and he took his 'mangagement' ring off and put it into the pocket of his robe. But when we left, he forgot to remove it. We called the spa, but it has not turned up. Poor FH is so upset over losing his ring that he's been wearing every day for 8 years (yes we had a long engagement). I told him pretty soon he'll have a 'real' one to wear, but he's still pissed at himself.
I guess I don't know why I'm posting this. I just feel bad and don't know what to tell him.
