I ordered from them too, for my wedding in July. So far, I’m happy with the ordering process, just minutes after I placed it online, I received a phone call to follow up and the woman went over flower prep with me. I found good reviews, somewhere, I just can’t remember where…. Good luck to you!

I ordered over 500 stems from there for my BFF’s 25 birthday( every Princesses dream to wake up with your house full of flowers , even if they weren’t from a beau = P). They were wonderful! It was when florida was hit by Wilma ( I live in south florida) and they were very good on communicating everything , also they gave detailed instructions on keeping the blooms fresh longer. I was very satisified with my experience!

I’ve ordered flowers from 50flowers.com. The customer service was good, they came exactly when they said they would, and the quality was great. The flowers lasted out of water for much longer than we thought they would.

I ordered from bunchesdirect.com after a lot of shopping around, they were cheaper even when I considered coupon discounts. They were really helpful and easy to use, I got quite a bit of flowers there and I can’t say I have a single complaint to make. They look like a new company, you know the kind that wants to earn clientele by not making mistakes. It was quite nice.

I also ordered from Bunches Direct. I agree, because they seem fairly new (I haven’t seen as much about them) they are really striving to make sure everything runs smooth.

First off, I am always busy at work, and to make matters even worse we decided to do rennovations on our kitchen at the same time as planning a wedding (my fiance didn’t think this would be a bad idea?) Anyways, long story short, I went with Bunches Direct and they literally handled everything. Not only were they friendly and affordable but I also got what I wanted and didn’t make things a headache before or during the wedding. AWESOME! The website is http://www.bunchesdirect.com

I would NOT recommend Bunches Direct. I ordered 50 hydrangaes, 50 roses, hypericum berries, and a boutineer. Online the picture shows normal size hydrangaes, but when I received mine they were mini hydrangaes. I only received half of my roses and the roses I received were tiny and sick looking. The berries were the only thing that was right. The boutineer was destroyed in shipping. We had to make our own. I attempted to contact the company multiple times through email, live chat, and phone and never received any feedback until 2 weeks later. I was charged $40 in shipping when the actual shipping cost was only $20 because they used the cheapest shipping with 1-5 business days instead of next day delivery. I did not receive my flowers until 10:30pm on Friday. I was scheduled to receive them the next day, but luckly FedEx is a better business model and their supervisor got the flowers to me at 10:30 at night since we were leaving the next day. When I finally got to talk to a supervisor with Bunches Direct he said he couldn’t do anything for me. I also ordered flowers from American Floral Distributors and everything was perfect from them. I had them on time from FedEx next day delivery at 2pm.
