I am going to be ordering bulk flowers for our reception and am going to DIY the centerpieces.
If anyone has used FiftyFlowers, haw far in advance did you order your flowers? (not when you had them delivered) I know I am going to have them delivered the Wednesday or Thursday before the Saturday wedding. Part of me wants to just pay for them now for an October delivery so I have one less thing on my plate to worry about but I am not sure if I should or not.
Just in case you were curious this is what I am ordering 🙂
200 Variety Cream Roses
200 Variet Pink Roses
300 Peach Carnation
80 White Hydrangeas (from Sams Club though)

I was wondering this too! I havent’ decided what to order yet, but once I do I want to order right away so it is off of my list. THough, I guess it might be good to wait in case I change my mind about what to order.

@melizabe: Thats my fear too that I order it and change my mind. Im also worried im ordering WAY too much and then I wont be able to change it closer to the wedding, though I suppose having too many flowers is better than too little. It would be nice to have one less thing to worry about though.

@Footballwife: Hello! I ordered around 5 months in advance. I ordered 200 of the David Austin peach garden roses, and wayyyy to many rose petals. Everything arrived on time and undamaged. I did call a week or so before the delivery to make sure they had everything they needed because I ordered so early. Customer service was super helpful. I highly recommend them–they did an awesome job. 🙂
