i just have to get this out so bear with me.

my FH and i live in a small one bedroom apt. meaning we have a bedroom, living/dining room combo and a small kitchen. its TINY.

WHY IS IT that every time his parents come down they dont want to stay in a hotel, they want to crash at the apt??? WE DONT HAVE THE ROOM. and the best part is that FH expects me to give up my bed MY bed for them and sleep on a freaking air mattress in the living room.

all of my clothes, all of my stuff, my beauty products, my HAIR (i wear wigs - long story) everything is in our bedroom. theres NO ROOM.

I hate hate HATE it that instead of letting us have our space they love to bunk with us. its not even expensive to get a hotel for the night. im debating whether or not to just foot the bill to get them out of my hair.

i love family and all but i need my space. i hate hate hate visitors when i cant properly entertain, and giving up my bed in our tiny apt is not properly entertaining. seriously - my parents would NEVER DREAM of doing this to me and FH.

UGH!!!!!!

ok vent over. ugh.

he just had the gaul to come in here and ask me what i thought and im like "really? seriously? you are asking me this?" he knows i hate it.

well praise the Lord and pass the peas - i JUST got a text from FH saying they decided to stay in a hotel instead!!! im wondering if he said something or if they came to their senses. i mean its valentines day weekend for petes sake! ugh.

well thanks to whomever who put it in their hearts to not steal my darn bed. LOL

Even though we have a guest room (in our tiny house- 850ish sq ft) my mom ALWAYS stays at a hotel. She likes her privacy. My CRAZY INSANE FMIL tries to get her to stay there in her empty mansion but my mom prefers to stay downtown at a hotel.

But when FMIL gets in a fight with her partner, she calls us like, "Oh I might have to come stay with you for a while..."

A TINY HOUSE IS A TINY HOUSE. Why do people think it's ok to further crowd it?!?!?!?!

yeah i was talking to my mom earlier about it and shes like "oh dear - i think you need to go shank-a-potomus on them" lol (its her new word - she got it from that e-trade commercial---- but she doesnt know what it means LOL)

i was hoping that when FIL brother moved down here with a nice big house, and even MY parents with a nice big house with tons of extra rooms- they would stay with them - my parents have even offered -but naw they would rather put us out. ugh.

but problem solved for now. until next visit! :)
