@Lindsay12.31.2010: Im glad they figured it out and you are feeling better! And they do have a TON of gluten free products out there now! I wish you the best!
@MsPanda: Thanks so much! Yes, I have ordered a few books and done a little research. Thankfully I love fruits, veggies, protein and rice! There seem to be plenty of substitutes for all of the other things - pizza, pasta, etc. DH and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner, and by doing a little research on their site, I found out everything I was eating there before was already gluten free :-)
@Lindsay12.31.2010: How funny is that! And how nice you can get all that info on the internet these days!

I found out yesterday that I do have celiac. I have been gluten free for 24 hours now, and already feel better. No hives, no stomach pain, nothing. Hopefully this is the start of feeling like myself again!
Thank you to everyone who offered me tips and sent PM's while I was waiting to find out my results. I feel so much better now that I KNOW what is wrong, and sort of know what I can do to help. There is still a lot that I don't know, and I plan on meeting with a dietician or nutritionist to give me some pointers.
I will probably be PMing those of your that offered to help - this is such a great community and I am thankful for all of your help!
Thanks again!
