I like Julianna.  I would pronounce it as Julie-ann-ah (rhymes with banana) but I wouldn’t find it odd to hear it pronouced as Julie-ah-nah either.

I would always pronounce Juliana as Julie-ah-nah if that matters.

Julian(n)a is pretty both ways. I agree with PP that with 1 N I would pronounce is ah-na, and with 2 Ns it would read it as -anna (ie banana). I voted for Julianna.

I picked Junianna with 2ns.  I would pronounce it anna.  I like both names, though.  Both are good, classic choices.

Juliana rhymes with banana, whereas Julianna gets the “ah-na” pronunciation from me. I much prefer Julianna (ah-na). Mr. LK and I discussed this name, but ultimately ruled it out because of the inconsistent pronunciation issue. I still have a soft spot for it. <3 Clara is also absolutely lovely, but my son’s Dr. Who obsession has spoiled it for me.

I like Julianna too, so that’s where my vote went 🙂

I picked Juliana, it’s my niece’s name.  She pronounces it Juli AHnah.  I think you could have it go either way you want ahna or Aahna, you just have to train people 🙂

Two Ns I would pronounce like the a in banana. One N I would pronounce “ah.” I prefer one n.

I voted Juliana (which I would pronounce Julie-ahna) – I prefer that pronunciation to Julianna.  I also like Clara, I just like Juliana a little better 🙂

Voted Clara. They’re all nice names, but Clara is my favorite – it’s short, sweet, easy to spell, and easy to pronounce.

Juliana, pronounced “ah-na” is lovely, though anything that is four syllables long will invariably attract nicknames.

I prefer Clara. I think it’s super pretty for a little girl and still works for a woman.

If you went with Julianna I would do two Ns and pronounce like banana, as others have said. I think if you went JuliAHna, she would spend her whole life saying “JuliAHna” because I think everyone’s instinct, regardless of spelling, would be to call her Julianna like banana.
