My flowers were orchids, spray-dyed purple to match the girls dresses.
My dress was custom made, and my sister made my veil :)
My aunt made the cake - and it was DELICIOUS! (Marble cake with vanilla icing)

Our wedding was last Saturday - and I can honestly say IT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!
I barely ate all day, and was in so much discomfort due to my nervous stomach, I almost passed out due to lack of food, wicked humidity and 38 degrees celcius, and a tight dress not allowing for full lung expansion...... My grandparents got the times mixed up and we had to post pone the ceremony by an hour..... My husbands mother had a brief freak out..... and the weather forecast called for thunderstorms all day.....
But guess what?? NONE OF IT MATTERED!!!!
It was a beautiful day, my family and friends were all there - and in the end we were married and a good time was had by all! My hubby even teared up when I was walking down the aisle (YES!).
