And the "teaser" photos (not the greatest quality because I've had to compress them in order to attach them):
So beautiful! I love the shots of the ceremony. Both dress are gorgeous btw
Edit: The ocean shots are spectacular!
Lucky 2 dress bride! I think your glasses are great too. Did you buy a pair in white to match your wedding dress or did you already own them :)
Congratulations! You looked gorgeous! Glad to hear the day went well and now you're a Mrs!! YAY!!!
Very nice :-)
It looks like you had a wonderful time; despite the upsets. I wonder if your FIL will ever say anything to you about what happened. I bet you turned red from head to toe. What a great story though.
I am glad to see you wearing your glasses. I have been contemplating wearing mine or just stumbling down the aisle and squinting at my FI. You have given me courage.
Awesome photos! I am so jealous you did a trash the dress shoot too!
Congrats!
Oh, and I'd like to attach one more, just to show you ladies the risk I took to make my "entrance" into the ceremony. (Risk, I say, because I'm a klutz, and it's a wonder I didn't go ass over tea kettle coming down those stairs in a big dress and high heels!)
amazing! so cute that you did the bouidoir before and the water pics after! Also, i LOVE your hair... would you mind sending my your inspiration pics? (Or if you have them, closer shots of your 'do?)
Thanks ladies! See, this is why everyone here is so great!
And I'm happy to hear all the comments about the glasses; it took me a long time to come to the decision to wear them. I did buy a pair just for the occasion in order to match the dresses though! I'm happy with the way the photos turned out, and I just wouldn't have been "me" without them!
I LOVE the glasses. The bouquet is divine! And I love the romantic sea pics... (long sigh)
I too was REALLY happy to see a bride in glasses (and a veil!), as well as another shorter haired bride. :)
Loved your pics - your wedding looks like it was really beautiful :)
OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE those shots of you in the ocean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUNNING!!! :)
Thanks again ladies!
From what I've seen, I'm really happy with the way the Trash the Dress shots have come out! We had been hoping to go while there was still a bit more sun, to catch more of the sunset, but surprise surprise, we fell behind on the time and it started to get really dark, really fast. By the middle of the TTD shoot we were shooting completely in the dark, so I wasn't sure how the pictures would come out!
Oooh love that you wore your second dress into the water! Awesome shots
You looked so pretty! I especially love that you wore your glasses!

My HUSBAND and I were married on July 17, 2010.
The day was great, because I was married at the end of it, afterall. But there were so many snags throughout the day, it's a wonder I wasn't a basketcase by the time the ceremony started. However, everything managed to pull together, and only those of us "behind the scenes" knew that there were problems.
I'd like to mention a great big thank you to all the bees, you really did make the process easier.
Oh, and I'll leave everyone with a funny story (not so funny at the time): I arranged to have some boudoir photos taken prior to my final preparations, after I arrived at the Inn that we held the wedding at. We had a gorgeous suite, with a huge bedroom, a 4-post king-sized bed, with french doors leading outside. Of course I had to get some silhouette photos in front of the door, but the doorway led to a path that was connected to a couple of the other rooms. We were determined, so decided to proceed. We shut the gates that lead to and from the pathway, to discourage anyone from coming down that way. So there I am standing in a pair of heels, a lace thong, and a skimpy, lacy corset-y thing, so of course someone walked by. Murphey's Law, right? And who was it? Why, only my future father-in-law. Of course. I think that I managed to jump behind a curtain before he saw me, but I definitely can't be sure. How embarassing.
Anyway, because I know that what everyone really likes to see on this recap board are pictures, so I'll go ahead and post 'em. Unfortunately, I only have a handful right now; a few taken by a guest, and a handful of "teaser" shots from the photographer.
