Ever since Kayla was born, my husband and I have been searching and applying and searching and applying for jobs in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas.  There has been literally no sign of getting us out of our current situation (living with my sister in her townhouse with 75% of our crap in a pod just waiting to be moved...crappy sleeping arrangements for our almost 7 month old which I'm sure is contributing to her poor sleeping habits...no alone family time...).

I finally was able to transfer my job to north of Chicago...home sweet home (for me it's where I'm from.)  Thank you Lord!!!  We have to live with my parents for a short while until hubby finds a job, but we are getting so close to FINALLY being settled.  (Then we can finally start thinking about baby #2 since I am not so excited to be pregnant again and expand our family!)

I seriously want to jump around singing and dancing...I need to share my joy with someone.  I can't share with the world yet as we still need to hash out some details but YAY!!!!

Oh good for you!  I absolutely know how it feels to be closer to where you want to be- literally and figuratively.  We lived with my in-laws for awhile to save money, I still appreciate the alone time/privacy/non-dramatic life we now have.  Those were trying times for sure.

Congratulations.  I remember having a 4 month old in our old tiny house before we moved where she shared a bedroom with us and there was no room for a bassinett or crib.  It sucked.  You will be so happy to finally get to nest!!!

@Mrs. DG: yes definitely!  I've been virtually nesting now. :)

Thanks for the support ladies!  I can't wait to be settled as our family of 3.  And BTW, I meant I am excited to be pregnant with Baby #2 (not the NOT.) :)
