Weddingbee boards

Our wedding date was 12/12/09 and we knew that being in Jamaica, and near the holidays, that our paperwork would be processed on severely slow island time :) but it took til TODAY to get our license!  But woohoo, it's HERE! I'm going to finally legally change my name and all of that business this weekend/Monday. 

I'll have to wait on my passport, though, because as some of you may know we are going BACK to Jamaica for our friends' wedding @ the same hotel!  I don't want to have a delay with the paperwork and have to pay the big bucks to rush it. But seriously, WOOHOO!

Woo hoo! congrats! How fun that you get to go back to jamaica soon, im so jealous lol

PS: Under my husband's name, it says BACHELOR, and under my name it says SPINSTER. I guess that's how they do it down there? I cracked up so hard when I saw that on my official paperwork. Also, the job that they had listed was not at all what i do. They may as well have put Astronaut on the paperwork, would have been just as close. OH WELL - still legal!

Update: I did it! I legally changed my name on everything today.  I have ALL new cards - it's official :)  And it feels so bizarre having a new name - I'm not used to it yet. Thankfully the process wasn't that bad at all.
