Well, I said I was going to get one of these done quickly, which was clearly a lie on my part 😉 Ah, procrastination. Anyways…I blame the crappy weather, because no one wants to be in a hot, humid garage spray painting while the fumes refuse to leave through the open door because of the rain. Anyways…im excited about these bad boys!
1 down! 8 more for my awesome mother and Maid/Matron of Honor to tackle 😉

These look great! Can I ask how you either made the pom pom or where you bought it? Thank you!

Thanks!! I really like them 🙂 I stumbled upon someones blog online where they were doing a similar thing, but you can also make poms out of tissue paper, Martha Stewert has a tutorial I believe.
@loving_life: I want to get some small clear candle holders to put around the base to add a little light. I am still debating on whether I will alternate between these and glass vases for each table, or just use these for each one.
@sherrie8172: The poms are a foam ball and jumbo cupcake liners, about 70 liners, and I could probably add more. The more liners you use the fuller and more flower like it looks. Securing them has been annoying, I was using wire I bent into a fastener, and I think I will have the others secured with bent christmas ornament wire.
@Olive12: The metallic spray paint surprised me as well!!! It turned out great!

Pretty!!! Love it and adore the feathers tucked in, adds texture and some interest as well. Perfect and elegant.

Thanks! I was hoping to add a few rhinestones too, but I haven’t found any that would work. Hobby Lobby actually failed me in that category lol
