Those are absolutely stunning! I thought about doing this maybe for a pair of flats after my feet start to hurt (there's a place nearby with super cheap flats) but I'm just not sure I have the patience.
OMG, they are AMAZING !!!! You did a great job !!! I would love a pair in pink for my wedding...hahaha
@TheFutureMrsE: haha my first pair is in pink! I actully have a spare ( I bought another pair in the wrong size) that I plan on doing in a 6.5!
@mandb122:Its not bad if you watch tv @ night thats when I did mine, everynight when we watch our shows!
I could probably work on it while at work (All I do is 30 minute checks at a group home for about the first six hours). I'll have to look into it.
So now I have to ask about how to make them. What kind of stones do you use on the shoes? And do you just superglue them?
Its flatback stones I got mine from an ebay seller for cheap cheap I can PM you the link if you would like. And E6000 glue, i put some glue the size of a quarter on the shoe lid box and dump out stones and dunk them in with tweezers.
My first pair I used stones from michaels and it cost me over $200 in stones alone. The best tip I can give you when you do them to make them look nice is to outline the shoe with stones when you start.
This is the stone break down on these shoes- Each pack has 144 stones
2 packs 20ss
10 packs each green & red 16ss (but have a 2ish each left over but its cheaper to buy 10 packs then single packs)
10 packs each red & green 10ss and used them all
Those are amazing! Maybe one day I'll make a pair of shoes like this just for a whatever kind of day.
I'm not even sure what colors I'd do yet but you can definitely send me the link. And if it means anything I sent my mom the link to this page to ask if she thought I had the patience to do this and she just saw the picture and her friend asked where she could buy these shoes.
Wow! These look incredible. I can't wait to see pictures of them in action!
@mishelleez: Was just wondering if you could forward me the name of the ebay user you bought the stones off? I would love to do a pair of these for my wedding :) Yours are beautiful!!!!
If I had seen your shoes before I bought mine I would have probably tried to do something like this. I love them
Those. Are. Awesome. !! I'm gonna PM you right now for the name of that seller...
Round of applause, I'm looking at these at work and my co-worker and I couldn't focus anything else but these shoes. Hi Five
Wow those turned out great! You've been at it for awhile now, and it shows! Great job!
@mishelleez: Wow love these! Where did you get the shoe from before you put the crystals? Also, could you send me the link that you got your crystals from? Thanks! I am planning on making these for my wedding!

I finished shoe #1 1 month ago! and FINALLY finished the 2nd shoe last night! I have to say I love how they turned out but I prob will never do a pair with 2 colors again! I thought my first pair with clear stones took a long time but they were nothing compaired to these bad boys!
On this pair I used stones I bought off ebay and it ended up being $150 less on stones then my first pair. It would have been even less if I had done my math better and ordered all at once!
