I was very nervous before I went the first time! But don't worry about it...just relax - you will have a blast!
YAY! Congratulations... you'll have a great time. It's defintiely normal to be nervous and anxious... I think your wedding dress is probably one of the most important purchases you'll make for your wedding. Happy dress hunting!
I remember being very nervous and excited!!! Once you start putting all the gowns on, the nerves will fade away :) Have fun!!!
I was so nervous every time I went shopping. Sometimes I felt like turning around and leaving. But once I started the process of putting on dresses, I loved it each time!
i was super nervous too. And soooo uncomfortable with people looking at me in the dresses!!
Try to enjoy the nervousness, and dont settle for a gown unless it makes you smile from the inside out when you have it on! :)
i went with my friend to her first dress shopping and i knew that since it was going to be a long day, she'd want water and some snacks. I know that you probably shouldn't be eating and drinking while trying on dresses, but for the in between dress times some water and non-messy snacks like Honey Wheat prezetls are great to keep you going and a good distraction from nerves!
anyway, just remember have tons of fun! there are plently more opportunities if you don't find anything the first time :)
so I went for my first dress outing a couple weeks ago with my mom and MOH (my sister) and it went great, I did feel a little weird standing in front of a stranger in my underwear but I got over once I put each dress on. I found some maybes, but didn't get that wow feeling, not sure if I will, but I def. saw some beauties. I need to go again, but I'm so busy and most places want you to make an appt. ugh, oh well thanks for all your help and support!!

yay so I finally coordinated with my mom and MOH (my sister) and we are going wed. to look for dresses for the first time. I'm so excited, but also getting nervous. Is it normal to feel nervous?? This is something I have never done before, I hope I find the one or at least get a good idea of what looks good and what doesn't. yay!!
