After much delaying due to finances and family drama, we finally have a solid date and booked the venue. I am so excited!!!!! We ended up pushing things back until April to be able to have my first choice venue, and almost all the other vendors are set too. I just had to call and give them the date and I was done (we had already gotten the ball rolling before the delay). The only major vendor left to book is the DJ. And that is FIs job.
We are going to have the wedding at 5PM (Atrium), reception at 6PM (Ball Room), and after party at 10:30PM (Hotel Bar). All at the same hotel. And the hotel is giving us a suite for the night for free. I even got the room blocks for our guests set up (and there's no minimum). We aren't having many OOT guests, but I wanna avoid anyone drinking and driving.
I am so excited to finally make some progress! Now I have to start shopping for dresses!
Here's the atrium set up for a banquet.
And here's the ballroom set up for a confrence.
One of the great things about this hotel is the table linens and chair covers (white) are included at no extra charge, and the event coordinator is super!
