I've gotten in some pics from my photographer and it's time for me to recap.
It was a beautiful and glorious day and even though I'm back from my honeymoon, I'm still reeling off the energy of the day. Not everything went perfect (as I found out later) but it was a perfect day for my husband and I. *Sorry for any big pics!
We had our wedding at a historical mansion with the ceremony outside and the reception inside.

Wow, everything is beautiful and you look gorgeous! I didn't totally understand the title until I saw the pictures...it's amazing how you incorporated both the traditional and modern into your vision and it looks like it all worked together beautifully. Congratulations!

Dang girl. That's some awesome pictures. Oh fine gan gan and that your 'open-teeth' is one-in-town (I always wanted it when growing up). Your hair is beautiful and you have some gorgeous bridesmaids I've got to say. I also love the colors of their dresses. Where did you get them from? I love the color of your husband's shirt. That's some serious 'money spraying' action going on there. I read your blog so I know you were going to look for a different take on our traditional outfits and girl, you nailed it. Great job!

My husband's shirt was originally going to be black but both sides of parents were VERY opposed to it, so we went with the dark purple.
