They look really pretty! And wow this is stressing me out, I haven't decided or ordered any invitations yet and my wedding is in April :-/ maybe I'll checkout this company, thanks!
gorgeous! so elegant! and hey Date Twins!! I just ordered my invites last week and I'm supposed to get the proof by tomorrow for print! :P
Congrats! I love the lace look, very pretty.
While I picked our custom designed invitations quickly I literally spent two weeks proof reading them. Sooooo glad it is done.
That is a really classy, gorgeous suite. Will your other stationary match? (Programs, thank you notes, etc?)
@MrsNerdy: I definitely would. I don't know what your budget is, but they have a deal for one color, 4 piece letterpressed set for $850 dollars. If you use the code SMP10 (Style Me Pretty is where I found them) you can knock it down another $85 bucks or so. All four pieces are letterpressed (both envelopes, too) so I found this an incredible deal. I've looked into flat and some were very pretty but they added up to around $700 when all was said and done. So this was really quite fair.
@CrispyRN: You know it's really good to know that someone else is on the same timeline as me for my wedding date. It seems like so many are ahead of the game. They'll be sending me a proof in a few days and I am so excited to finally check this off my list, haha.
@Treejewel19: It will be soooo relieving to have this over with, I have to tell you. My parents and my in-laws seemed to take this SOO seriously. I wanted something pretty and it didn't have to be letterpressed but they refused. So then I had to go back to the drawing board for weeks! Sigh.
@Anise: You know, I haven't even thought about it yet. I don't think they offer a thank you card but I might be able to commission something with that same font and our monogram and hopefully call it a day. I am thinking of doing the programs by myself and hopefully that isn't too difficult.
@eagle: They do have a letterpressed liner. I was under the impression that it was included and when you mentioned it was the first time I thought about it. But either way, with the insert or not, the outside has that beautiful lace going on and that's what I really loved about it. But i should ask! Thanks for bringing that up!

My invitation process turned into full on, "too many cooks in the kitchen". Now that I've decided, and everyone is in agreement, I am SO happy. We were really getting down to the wire there.
So far, I really like working with the company I went with, Pressroom and Co. They'll be doing letterpressed invites for a lot less than I've found elsewhere, so I'm pleased.
I'm so relieved, I just thought I would share it with the world! I'm happy and I don't care who knows about it!
