I can't tell anyone else right now b/c I'm still really early on, but I had to tell you ladies! I took a pregnancy test on Sunday and got a BFP!! I'm so excited! We have been trying for 8 months, and it's been a really long wait. We were starting to get a bit frustrated, but are so excited now!
I have been bleeding a little bit which worries me a little. I have a message in with my doctor for them to call me...so I'm hoping that it's nothing.
But, I just wanted to share with the hive the good news since you were all so great while going through the process!!
Congrats, congrats, congrats!!! And don't stress about the bleeding until you get it checked out. I had A LOT of bleeding early on (soaked my clothes and ran down my leg, sending me to the ER ) and the baby was totally fine.
Thanks all! I definitely wouldn't have been able to get through those 8 months without my wonderful hubby and all the very supportive bees! It's so great to come here and have people understand what you're going through. I love you guys!
@Neva: Good to know. I've had a few friends have issues with bleeding during the first trimester of their pregnancy as well and they both had very healthy babies. Of course it's just your first reaction to be worried. It's also not heavy...more spotting, but I'm about 6 weeks along and don't think I should be spot

It may be implantation bleeding. Contacting your doctor was a good idea.

Congrats!! I'm always happiest for those who've been trying a long time. My knitting friend finally got pregnant after a year or so.

I also spotted at about 6 weeks and then again at 7. I went in and everything was A-OK.

@MandaMack: Haha...I was actually teasing my husband about that. Whenever he annoys the heck out of me, he tells me that he's fly paper, and I'm a fly...that I'm stuck with him. So now I tell him that he's stuck with a fly and a gnat ;o)
Playing phone tag with my doctor! I'm really hoping it's just implantation bleeding, but it's more than one day, and that's what worries me. I'm praying that I'm just reading into it!!
