The girl just picked it up not even 10 minutes ago. WOOOOO!!!!!!!!! That things been in my closet for over a year now. Not to mention that I only lost about $20 on the deal. Hells to the yeah.

This is just a note to all those who are thinking about trying to sell their dress, its hard and it takes forever. I listed it in several places and it took over a year to sell it. I was one who had a dress regret freakout and purchased another too, so I understand the feelings. Just be prepared to be in it for the long haul.

Congrats! I know what an awesome feeling that is. I sold three and have one more to go, I'm telling myself if it's not sold at our one year anniversary I'm going to keep it and look into dying it black.

Question - Was the dress sitting in a garment bag in your closet for a year? I had mine dry cleaned in September and it's been there since. I've taken it once since then to take photos. I'm worried something's going to happen to it in there, turn yellow or something. Did you do anything special to preserve it?

@meliss: It was in a plastic garment bag in the back corner of my closet away from any daylight. It didnt seem to sustain any damage from storage. I didnt do anything to preserve it.

Good for you! I'm trying to sell mine but is taking a while. I'm thinking it's because I'm so short. But it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who's having troubles. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Wow! I bet it would be hard to sell one, especially since a lot of people who buy are local and want to see it in person.
