Hmm... I haven't the slightest, but why don't you scan the fabric you have and have it printed onto fabric "tiles" to be sewn into a table runner?
Vintage fabric? I hate to be a downer, but I really doubt you'll find anything exactly like it... but it is BEAUTIFUL!!!
Try Mary Jo's (google it, it will come up... i can't remember the website!!). You can search fabrics based on criteria like print. you may find something very close, and they'll ship if you can't get to Gastonia (near Charlotte) NC. Good luck!!!

I know this is a pretty long shot, but I just bought some of this fabric off an Etsy seller, but she doesn't know the name of the fabric or the manufacturer. I desperately want to make some table runners out of it for our wedding, but the seller doesn't have any more in stock. If anyone has any idea what it's called or who makes it, or can suggest any way in which I could find this out, I would greatly appreciate it. You can see it in this listing: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=27582565
