I sympathize. My Fiance is getting ready to interview in several cities and I'm searching for houses to rent (not buy yet). So I'm searching and searching...ugh.
I totally understand!!! We bought our first house together in Jan...We looked at ALOT of lemons before we found our dream house!!!! Good luck sweetie!!!
I agree and I'm a realtor! I love my clients and my job though. House hunting is emotional and exhausting, I go through all the ups and downs for my clients, it's like I'm buying a house every time they're buying a house! Once you're in the offer stage it's exciting but at the same time stressful for buyers.
I understand! I remember how long it took my father and mother to finally find a house that was perfect for the family.
We couldn't be as picky as I probably would have been b/c was pregnant while looking, and wanted to move before the baby. That helped us decide what our top priorities are, and the little things didn't seem to matter as much. Which is fine b/c the little things can also be fixed throughout the years. The location however, that was a top priority, that will stay the same!
Awww hugs...know how you're feelig going through the same right now...not fun...
Just remember not to "settle", houses are expensive and you want to make sure you LOVE the one you buy!!!

So I started looking at houses today and it's so hard. I seemed to forget that over the past few years. I drove past 4 houses today and I hate 2, the 3rd was sort of weird, and I loved the 4th but it is far away from where we were hoping to live.
No real point to this, just sharing the start of the journey with you guys!
