This isn't for me...

My sister is getting married on September 18, 2009 (If she can find a venue) and I am planning her wedding. We are having the hardest time finding a decent venue that will hold 160 people and will allow outside vendors. Her FI is from Belize and food is the number 1 item on his list. The searched high and low and finally found a caribbean caterer that had AUTHENTIC food that passed muster for him and his family. Now the problem is finding a venue that will allow them to go outside of their preferred vendor list.

Any leads would be VERY helpful as they want to have the venue book ASAP so that her FI's family from Belize can start making travel arrangements.

the Contemporary Art Center allows outside vendors, and is awesome!

That's probably your best bet, it's in Virginia Beach and is my reception venue!
