@MrsNewDay:  First off, CONGRATS! Are you walking for graduation? I made the decision to after I got my masters ( I was working too) and I’m really glad I did. Kinda finalized the years of torture Wink

I celebrated with a nice dinner and a ridiculously overpriced purse that I got once I got my raise from my job after getting my masters. So I say spoil yourself a little bit. You deserve it!

Congratulations!!!! I finished my master’s in 2011 and still remember exactly how FREE I felt after finishing my last project!

I finished my master’s about a month before our wedding. After the ceremony, my parents took me out to eat, then I took a sorely needed nap, and then spent the rest of the weekend thinking about wedding things and NOT doing homework!

You should be so proud!

@MrsNewDay:  Congratulations! That’s amazing. I haven’t graduated just yet, but come May, I’ll be singing a different tune. I’m going to have a get together with my family and celebrate! Grad school after that!

@MrsNewDay:  I have a Masters in Accounting too!  After my Bachelors I took a girls trip to Vegas.  And, after my Masters I had a pool party and learned how to make Chili’s Presidente Margaritas!

I’m also a fan of getting fancy (for me) jewelry and I have stories for most of my Swarovski necklaces, a Tiffany & Co bracelet, and recently discovered Coach RHRs. 🙂

Congratulations!! What an amazing feeling. Definitely spoil yourself for a bit – spa massage, mani/pedi, pamper day and then a yummy extravagant dinner (or something special that your DH can plan). Also a fun trip that you’ve been really wanting to take but couldn’t ’cause of school?? Even if it’s just for a weekend! You deserve it!
