Thanks ladies! I was so happy to find the great sunflower image on Microsoft Office so I didn't have to pay for an image off of iStockPhoto or something. Thanks goodness for GIMP to edit out the crappy grey background.
Cute! I never even thought of using MS Word's images... i should get with it! haha!
I hate that the JPEG came through so funky and blurry---not sure why. I know they didn't print that way. Bummer.
Miss Sewing: It's a free font from DaFont called Delikatessen :)
very cute!! i also love the font used on the front... very fun!!
that is adorable, i love it! i was also going to ask about the font--i see that miss sewing beat me to it! what program did you use?
I actually used Microsoft Publisher and then I used GIMP to edit out the background grey part of the sunflower. When I uploaded the images on here I just saved them as JPEG and that must be why they are a little fuzzy.
Also loving the font - Very cute overall - Save the Dates are just so much fun!
They look happy and fun. Good call on saving money and ditching the magnet idea :)
I actually just went to Office Max and bought their perforated postcard cardstock. There are four postcards to a sheet and the box has about 120...at $12.99! The cardstock has a little texture to it so it adds a little something to the postcard instead of completely flat cardstock. Some of my family actually thought I had someone make them for me....hehehe.

I finally finished my save-the-dates and I think they are pretty darn cute if I say so myself! :) We decided to do postcards since even homemade magnets using magnetic business cards were still going to be costly with postage and all. So, what do you think?!
