I'd do blue curtains that match your pillows so its tied in together. And maybe you could put some funky ceramic plates on that shelf above your couch? What you've got started looks nice too!

Hey ladies,
I am trying to get my living room decorating done, and I am hitting some roadblocks ... we have a start:
We are thinking of changing out the floor lamp with this one
And ordering 1 of these rockers, upholstered to match either the couch or ottoman (either cream of chocolate leathers) - opinions on which colour?
As far as curtains go ... I am thinking of a really chunky curtain rod, slightly above the window moulding, just going over the window, not the door. What do you guys think would work best for curtains (keeping in mind we have a longhaired dog and cat, both black)
