Are you trying to copy text from a certain website? You should be able to. What browser did you use before?
I'd offer to troubleshoot for ya but I'm at work---stuck in the dark ages with IE6.
I had internet explorer 8. Im trying to copy & paste from googlemaps
I use FireFox a lot, and I love it, most of the time. However, it does have a lot of problems. Some websites have a block on the copy & paste feature. Have you tried using control C and control P? Or are you using the right click method? Try using the opposite one, if you haven't already. The only other things that I can suggest is to use the PrtScrn button and then paste into Word or Paint and then modify it or open Internet Explorer and try to do the copy & paste from there.
I'm assuming you're copying text from googlemaps by highlighting and CTL+C? Or right clicking a picture and Copy Image? It shouldn't give you any problems as far as I know. Try doing it in IE8 and see what happens.

@mishelleez:Are you trying to c/p the actual map or the directions? The map won't beacuse it's flash, I believe. But with the text, try hitting ctrl+c and then ctrl+v. Sorry if this doesn't help!

Using firefox for the first time today. WHY CANT I COPY & PASTE!!! ahh this is making me so mad!
