    Finally have our 1st appt tomorrow morning! By my calculations I'm 11w 4d tomorrow. Kinda nervous and excited at the same time. Hoping we'll get a peak at the peanut tomorrow or at least hear that amazing little heartbeat. Any words of advice for a first time mom at her first OB appt? lol
