The wedding planner basically confirmed our date, answered any questions we had, asked about how many people we’d have attending, what type of ceremony we wanted (religious, non-religious), talked about selections… decorations, bouquet, music, etc.  She talked about the free stuff like when we could schedule the free breakfast in bed, free candlelit dinner, any excursions we wanted to do, etc.

She takes all of your selections and puts them on a wish list, which will give you a grand total for the wedding items you select.  She’ll go over when payment is expected too.

It really helps to go over the wedding list order form that was e-mailed and to play around with designing your wedding online on their website so you have an idea of what you want.  Just keep in mind that the options online seem to change fairly frequently and some of those items may not be shown on the order form.  When you design your wedding online you can save it and she can pull the information up while she’s on the phone with you.

yogahhh:  just know no matter what they tell you, you can finalize everything the day before…you don’t have to pre purchase anything!
