Our first dance song was 'It feels like home to me' by Chantal Kreviazuk
Ours is going to be 'Into the Mystic' by Van Morrison
By friend who got married last year had 'Iris' by the Goo goo dolls and it was lovely, was kinda bumned I hadn't thought of it.
We're dancing to 'I Can't Help Falling in Love With You' by Elvis. Whenever we got engaged, we were at dinner and they asked us to dance and that was what they played. So while we were dancing we were talking about dancing to that song at our wedding!
Out of your song choices I like song choice number 3!

@Prewitt I had a relative who chose "Iris" too. It's a beautiful song! Tear jerker for sure.
@curlygirl Love Ingrid. I'm a big fan of "You and I" and actually toyed with the idea of using it for our first dance. I think it would be better suited for music during dinner though.
We're doing 'Dance me to the end of love' by Madeleine Peyroux. It's sort of spunky enough that we can throw in a few spins or something but not so fast that we also can't do a quick sway :).
You really can't go wrong with Ingrid Michaelson :).
We are dancing to James Morrison's "You Make It Real". We have listened to so many songs, but this one is really perfect and not overly done. We both love it. Now FI will stop whatever he is doing, and listen to it if he hears it! (We were watching "He's Just Not That Into You" the other day and I was surprised they used it in the movie.) Great song, and I am going to cry like a big baby when we dance to it!

Will/Did you go with something cute and fun, slow and tear-inducing, outrageous and untraditional?
